Naomi Osaka Knit Sweater

At Nike, I provide support to the Women's Lifestyle designers and 3D Apparel team. This is one such design that made it to market. Renders of the digital prototype were presented to Naomi Osaka, and these visuals helped drive the final design.

I made the crochet material on this Engineered Knit Sweater, using only a photo of a swatch from the factory. The knit was manually created in Substance Designer, then exported for CLO. The final material is parametric, giving the user control over color, height, etc. Even the knit structure was adjustable.
